Akurate Dynamics Announces Rig Connect

Akurate Dynamics, a Houston, TX based spray foam technology company is pleased to announce the launch of its new product, Rig Connect. Akurate Dynamics continues to focus on innovation and technology by introducing a remote connectivity capability that is commercially available and is compatible to Akurate systems. Remote access allows for customer support technicians to connect to our manufactured systems to diagnose problems and issues in real-time. Using remote diagnostic capabilities, technicians can troubleshoot common issues and provide guidance for correcting the problems. 

Like many remote connectivity applications, Rig Connect is permission-based. Technicians will only be able to connect when permission is granted by the user. “Customer support is a top priority for us,” said Dusty McNab, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Akurate Dynamics. “Minimizing downtime and increasing productivity is important to our contractors. We did our diligence and found a commercially available platform that gets us to our customer base in real time, seamlessly connecting to our contractors for technical support when they need it. 

Real issues happen in real time, we wanted to address that specifically.” Rig Connect is an available option on all new Akurate Dynamics systems and can also be retrofitted to existing systems.
